I think my positive impact comes from being able to communicate and work together with a lot of different people with a wide variety of expertise. I try to listen and be as helpful as possible to get everyone the things they need to help me complete the project, and together we can be collaborative and positively work together to get things done.

I think working on the Innovations & Transformative team, and in particular with the cleaning robots has been the most unique project I鈥檝e worked on. I have been married for 19 years and blessed with an amazing 14-year-old son. I have an AA in Business Administration and a BA in Homeland Security. The last 18 years of my professional career have been spent in the Security field. Security education is the bedrock of a successful security program. 聽If an incident or infraction should happen, what matters is how we respond. The relationship I have created with my customer security counter parts has helped foster a strong and robust Security Education program on all the programs I support. Security education is a daily effort to ensure compliance and trust. I also spend time collaborating with senior level customers and program managers on the development of new processes and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Finally, I help to grow and mentor the security officers who report to me. We work together to investigate and resolve security concerns. This by far is the most rewarding part of my job!

I supervise various Project Controls Functions to include Cost Analysis, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Reporting, Scheduling, and Pricing Lead for multiple demilitarization projects at 香港六合彩挂牌资料. I am passionate about family and maximizing every opportunity given to me by my parents and wife. Through their sacrifices I can provide a better life for my family and children while taking care of my mother.
